Cancellation Policy
Cancellations should be submitted to Symvoli | Conference & Cultural Management (ecocityforum2018@symvoli.gr)
The registration of participation is binding.
- Until 31st May 2018, 90% refund of registration fees
- Until 15th June 2018, 70% refund of registration fees
- Until 31st August 2018, 50% refund of registration fees
- After September 1st, the financial responsibilities of the participants remain fully effective.
- The participation fees are owed upon registration and are payable within 7 days following submission of the registration (but not later than 7 days before the starting day of the event).
- Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
- The conference programme may be subject to changes.
Important Notes
Please note that ECOCITY will issue the receipts and invoices.
Receipts will be sent within 10 days via email, while business invoices will be delivered upon registration at the Conference Secretariat. If you need anything in advance please contact us at ecocityforum2018@symvoli.gr
