SYMVOLI-Conference and Cultural Management LTD was founded in 1995 to meet the needs of the scientific community of Thessaloniki for professional support in seminar and conference organizing.

In 2005, after 10 years of operation, SYMVOLI moved to new facilities, new people joined its team, and the company expanded its activities to include event planning.

SYMVOLI has organized more than 200 successful national and international scientific conferences, seminars, social and cultural events, with the total number of participants exceeding 40.000 people. At the same time, the company records a number of collaborations with scientific and academic institutions, such as the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, the Democritius University of Thrace, the University of Thessaly, as well as international institutions, public authorities and private companies. Through these years of professional experience, its expansion of activity, the creative and professional approach of its team members, SYMVOLI has been established in the scientific community nationally as a reliable company that offers services with professionalism, consistency and innovation for the organization’s success.

Appreciating the potential of a dynamic and important cultural development for the city of Thessaloniki, SYMVOLI – Conference & Event Organizers has recently broadened its activity in the filed of Cultural Management. Our goal for the years to come is to expand and to develop further this field, always with professionalism and consistency in our collaborations, creativity and innovation in our fields of activity.

Since 2009, the company has acquired a representative in the city of Athens, in order to meet the increasing need of its activity in Central and South Greece.
