Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made in writing to Symvoli | Conference & Cultural Management (symvoli.TheNotchMeeting@symvoli.gr) 

- Until August 31st, 2025, the registration fee will be fully refunded.

- From September 1st, 2025, the registration fee will not be refunded.
