SYMVOLI | Conference & Cultural Management, offers special prices for specific hotels within the city centre and at the conference venue. Special discount prices apply for all delegates who will make a reservation, via the online booking system of SYMVOLI, available on this website.
For organisational reasons we ask you to settle your registration via the online registration system, before proceeding with a booking.

NOTES:
- If you book a double room, you will choose your roommate. The charge will be made to the one submitting the accommodation form.
- Accommodation in conference campus MAICH in a single or double room refers to rooms located at students’ dormitories. Attic rooms can accommodate a maximum of 3 people. Stonehouses can host maximum 4 people.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be made in writing to Symvoli | Conference & Cultural Management (qrmh6@symvoli.gr)
- Up to March 31st, the hotel accommodation cost will be fully refunded.
- From April 1st until May 1st, the hotel accommodation cost will be refunded minus the cost of one night.
- From May 1st, the hotel accommodation cost will not be refunded.
